Les Chevaliers de l'Oiseau de Gex is the committee that organises the Fête de l'Oiseau, the biggest and oldest festival in Gex.

Over the weekend, often at the end of May/beginning of June, the Gexois and Gessiens get together to celebrate and share the key moments of this lively festival: the shooting of the next king, the election of the next queen, a parade through the village and a funfair.
